Spring Arbor University is our featured University this week for our spotlight series, the current NAIA Women's Soccer National Champions!
The University is located in, you guessed it, Spring Arbor, Michigan and has a student population of around 1,400. This small private University is associated to the Methodist Church, and as such faith plays a key role in student life, with mandatory Chapel services.
Known as the Cougars, the school's Athletic teams compete across several disciplines in the NAIA, in the Crossroads League. The school's Women's Soccer program is the pride of the campus as current NAIA Women's Soccer champions, the 3rd time that the Cougar's ladies have captured the crown.
Initially founded in 1873, the institution received University status in 1994 and now offers over 70 different majors and programs, with the bulk of students studying Social Work or Nursing. Spring Arbor also offers several Graduate programs for postgraduate Students, ranging from Business to Organisational Management.
